if u farm bandits u can get 220sp in a party of 4. or if u are hardcore try farming flowers and scorpians at lvl 24. u get 398 for scorpians and like 460 for death flowers. and thats w/o gt.

and killing hyungnos at lvl16 with lvl7 skills is suicidal.

If you have proper gear and lvl 7 bow skills + cold imbue it is not suicidal. A lot of the time you can kill them before they even land 1 hit on you. You can even tank giants easily enough provided you have med pots. Farming on hyungnos with the right gear can earn you around 2.8 to 3.3k sp in 3 hours using GT, which is around the same rate at the bandit archers anyway. It depends on whether you can find a good spot and whether you fight giants. It's not recommended for most but for it is a change of pace from the bandit den which is usually crowded as hell and noobs calling you a ksing botter >_>. You can get better drops as well but you will also have to bring along med pots. I myself have gotten a few sos pieces and I hear people have had som 16 bows dropped as well.
