Is selling an account for gold okay?

I've seen a few people selling accounts for ingame gold lately. What do you think about it? As long as your selling for ingame gold it can't be a violation of TOS or is it?

And how do they go around doing it anyhow? I wouldn't pay for an account because I would be too afraid of scammers...

I didn't see anything about selling gold or accounts in the ToS.

it's not legit, it's written in the TOS that an account is the property of joymax and only joymax and the account maker are allowed to get access on the account.

they exactly wrote that : "4. User shall not illegally use other’s accounts"

i recommend to read the TOS or to ask what is legit to morningdew on official forums if you want to make sure that something is legit or not.
