what is the purpose of de-leveling?

some people i know want to lvl down from 60 to 30. OMG. they said that they can earn more SP doing that.. So when they reach lvl60 again.. they are almost fully farmed. I need ur comments.. i forgot.. they stay the mastery as it is. only their lvl is going down.

That makes sense, but its stupid if you ask me. Because they are getting low level drops and could be getting lv 8 tablets, which goes for quite alot especially if you find a lv 8 str tablet. Also what if you want to job while your farming. Screwed there eh.

well the main reason is that they've realized they messed up when they decided to level so fast, and now they regret that they don't have a good weapon(or gear in general) to grind/farm with..

Also they can now own 'same levels' at pvps and it makes them feel good xD

I understand going from 30 to 16 because then your farming is way easier, but 60 to 30 is retarded.
Waste of time imo.

they would earn more sp if they were killing higher level stuff at the same speed...

so say lvl 60 -> 32

could probably go kill what they were killing at lvl 42/45

so in that way they 'earn more sp' i think

I hate deleveling! I have to do it after every hr of farming. Thats the only true pain in farming at stronghold. :banghead:

From lvl 60-30 WTH? LOL!

yeah... i need to delevel soon again.
but i figure i'll just go from 16-18 before i delevel... since i'm not on a GT or anything, it makes a slightly smaller impact

it is crazy.. =( my friend is now deleveling from 49 to 30. that is 19 gaps.. OMG. will it work as a 19 gaps.?

The max gap is 9 but by delvling furthur he is able to kill stronger mobs and therefore get more sp. Removing already learnt skills is the problem as you will have to spend either money for skill reallocation points or do the curst heart quest. If I was delvling from 49, I would probably drop down to 16 as getting from 16-30 is easy enough. It's still a crazy idea as the point of farming at low levels is so you can lvl fast with a 0 gap. Kinda defeats the purpose really. If I were him I would get to 52 with a 9 gap and farm instead.

that is what im planning to do.. im currently at 46.. with 4 gaps. im planning to go on and wait for that 9 gaps and maintain it until im satisfied. i think doing that is better than deleveling.

60----> 30 is.... simply retarded LOL.

30---->16 farm with sos>sosun bow and you are set. Took me 4 months... and delvling is a pain in the ass.
