can somone tell me why they made a electric imbue, I mean cold freezes, fire does big damage, but why the hell did they make electric imbue if nobody uses it

I know people that use it.

I dont know why though, I mean, it has higher dmg than ice but less than fire though you do get the splash effect which is usefull i guess if you want to 'grind' on multiple monster at on time.

For a glavie user, lightning + ghost spear mars/prince would hit more than fire i think because of the splash.

one obvious reason for lightning nukers, who doesn't want to spend that much time sp farming and just get the lightning imbue

lighting sux fore nukes cuz u have transver damage with nukes who dont transver...

that can be killing with little HP =S
(i use ice as nuker, big chance of freezing mobs when there on the way to you

Light imbue can give electric shock which reduces their parry.

Ice imbue and nukes are too weak for nukers imo, stick with fire as main ^^

It could be for fast leveling:
Pure int with maxed light and spear masteries.

because i don't want to farm at low lvls, so i keep a 2 lvl gap all the way to 40's or 50's to farm there. but i also want grasswalk and phantom, so i would get light imbue instead. 2 lvl gap can only let you take 2 trees if u want those good skills. so i took bow + light. and it does decent dmg.

Lightning imbue decreses your enemys Parry Ratio, and its splash.

LOTS of ppl use light imbue, specially int and some glavie.

Becuz electirc shock lowers parry which means u can do a lot more dmg, and shock is continous once u get it, either hve to use pills or wait for it to disappear. but fire it has intervals to burn dmg, and ice its low dmg compared to lite / fire

Im lvl 62 pure Str Light glavie!

And Lightning is nice, It Decreases the Enemies Parry ratio which makes u hit much harder which equals out that whole "Fire is Stronger" Bullshit

I have never been Killed by a equal glavie build with fire.

People say Light sucks, but i own!

silkroad noob is right. im only lvl 14 and i use light as my imbue!! im pure int and it does a really good dmg. i raised fire imbue at the begining and i must say, in my lvls, the difference between them is 20 the most. and that not much :!:

i dont know if lvl 14 is the best lvl to compare between them, but ill be high lvl at the end

hey, as far as i can tell you people lightning imbue effect decreases the enemy's Magical attack power with a little % :roll:
