how do i change it...the website is not working for me

Try using internet explorer...I use firefox and it would always just load a blank page, but when I used IE i was able to change my pass.

it's counterintuitive but U gotta log out at the SRO website then click forgot my password and they mail U a link to reset it IF you know the answer to your secret question. If you don't, I believe you can kiss your account goodbye cuz you won't have a password then. Maybe they let U use the old one or a random one though, I forget. I just have a really strong password that isn't even all english letters that 99% of ppl don't know how to type so I don't really care
