In Must Piercing Force description it says it increases agilty to attack faster.... Does it really or is it just another trick for you to buy silk and reconfigure your skills?

I think it doesn't. Just raises the magical damage %

yup even if it doesnt let u attack faster it adds hell of alot to ur mage damage if ur a nuker that skills is for a big ftw.

no it doesn't make that much difference for a full str. %10 is pretty much enough till 80. i'd say max it only when you hit the cap.
