Question:

IF you dlvl, then what happens to your skillz? They will be the same(so at lvl32 you have lvl 36skill), or you lose those skills? Or gain back the sp in these skills invested?

what do you guys mean exactly?

for example my flower bud skill is at level 3, you need level 23 bicheon mastery for that.
so if i increase my flower bud to level 3, then decrease my bicheon mastery to level 22, the flower bud skill stays at level 3? or will it go back to level 2?

You can't lower your bicheon to level 22 until you lower your flower bud, this goes for all skills and mastery levels in that you must first lower every single skill that requires that mastery level before you can lower the mastery level itself.

If you delevel. not your mastery but your actual lvl through multiple deaths, then you still keep your skills but can't use them.

And like others have already said, you can't lower mastery level until you lower the skills in it first.

oh i guess i misread the question.

if you're deleveling ur masteries you cant delevel the main mastery level until you delevel the skills.

if you are deleveling your actual lvl the skills stay the same.

you can use the skills when u de level and ur not a high enough level to use em u f'ing noob
