i dunno how big,but a large pic for UNION+GUILD.And i can send u some pics and try 2 make some emblems but i dunno how only if u add me on yahoo,msn,skype thx ^^

union and guild emblem can be only 16x16 pixels..
but some smart guys do so ...that they make a 32x16 img and make in halfs so then can but guild and union emblem ...and it looks like on ''log'' img
