I Didn't Think I Botted

I had just finished some alchemy and was putting my stuff in storage when I received a message from a guy named BLIZZARD in the Olympus server. He called me F***ing bot and stuff like that. I had never seen this guy before and have no idea what he is talking about. I have never botting (have no clue how), I don't even KS people, I always appologize when I accidently do it. I just deleleted the message. I really doubt I would be banned even if he did report me b/c I don't bot, and I buy silk. But the part I thought was weird is that I was looking at a screen I took before the message was sent to me of a lvl 72 sword I +4'd on the first try to show a friend, and the guy BLIZZARD was standing in front of me! What kind of loser messages random people and calls them bots?

Some people that play this game amaze me...

yeah. one thing you can do is ignore them. or just press F12.

If you don't or haven't botted, then disregard the message. Replying usually just causes them to spam you, usually with nonsense.

As to your question about what kind of loser randomly messages people, my guess is it wasn't random and that you'd had some kind of altercation with him, or it was in fact random and he's just an asshat.

I think what your saying is that they are accusing him of botting, they are doing nothing of the sort.

They are simply saying IF he did bot, or IF he was reported he wouldn't be banned BECAUSE he buys silk.

ya, i just deleted the message he sent me, took a screen first just to show a friend.

and no, i dont think the people above were accusing me of botting. i left my last guild because a lot of the leaders in the union botted, so i started my own guild. the leaders have always botted and dont get banned b/c they have squirrels that just follow them around, they dont even use the squirrels to pick up items, their bot does it.

eh, s'ok ...don't worry people are just lame online. Rude and otherwise belligerent. And as far as botting is concerned so many people do it that even if he accuses half the people randomly as he did you, he would be right 70% of the time. Botting is a huge part of sro...its sad.

haha, your so right, soooo many people bot, the ones that really piss me off are the ksing ones, i remember one thread of a guy who went from Dw to hotan and tested every person he seen, it was something like 150 people, and only like 20 or 25 werent bots (not sure of the numbers, but it was rediculous)

can't summon in town..
and for all we know, this blizzard guy could be higher level so monster scrolls might not do much
