Etc etc. You watched it not cause it's cruel to see the chick die.. no cause you were curious. It informs you and eventually when you learn that's life it would be entertaining.
Ever seen a chameleon eat? It's very sophisticated, amusing and informing. Crickets and roaches die.... yet that's not cruel .. why? Cause that's life.
I have learned what's life...I have seen somebody die before in my eyes and it's not pretty OR entertaining.
I was on vacation in turkey(it is a GREAT country, the real turks are so gentle) last year and i seen some1 get shot in the leg because of this big gunfight that broke out ( 10 ft away from us ), on TV your like "hahaha you scumbag" but when you really see it happening your in kind of a shock tbh...
Humans accidents / deaths are on a complete different playign field. I am not that sadistic that I like to see humans die. Hell I watched a friend die after gettin hit in the head by a cricket ball. I can assure you it was not entertaining.
All tho when you buy a PET, you seek entertainment. You don't buy a dog just cause, you buy a dog cause they are fun - loyal. Pfff
I guess i'd have to find a pciture book to explain next time.

' Cute ' Is what you think of the bird. To me in half a year it will be a meal.

I'm pretty sure it's much less painfull and faster at the slaughter house then slowly being eaten by a snake.....*shivers*
Nothing wrong with how the nature works. But finding joy in watching an animal suffer to its death sickens me. The few seconds I watched that movie actually made me want to throw up.

Snakes have to eat to stay alive, the same as you have to eat to stay alive. Im sure when your mummy puts a piece of meat on the table, you wouldn't think about that piece of lamb, pork, chicken or beef being anything else then food.
Yeah it is disturbing that someone has to film that chick being eaten alive, just for someone elses pleasure. But you wouldn't think anything else if that chick was dead? And you wouldn't think how that chick had died in the first place?
