powerlevel has been advertised loads of times, everyday, for months now on olympus (and im assuming other servers are the same) GMs must log on for like 1 hour a week to be able to miss it every single time, chances are that by now it would have shown up during that 1 hour they were on.
I can only speak for Tibet but it seems as if they do ban thepowerlevel's advertising account. The names have changed(the account doing the globals) so I think that they are banned, yet make new accounts.

yes, they are just lvl1 account so if they get banned they make a new one^^

you cant buy silk on a lvl 1 account now can you? i accidently tried buying silk on my forum account the other day and it wouldnt let me. Dont you have to be lvl 10 or something? well, i suppose that wont take long.
