toasty toast toasty ur very in experiencedi n life..everyone i know includign m yfriends and family dont sleep anymroe than 7 hrs a dya and some pp lonl ysleep five and they feel fine..its not aobut how long but its aobut quality..if u sleep 6 hours of 100% high quality deep sleep u wil lget as much rest as somone who slep 11 hours but have very light crappy sleep...

It depends on what you do in the day, with your lifestyle every day of the week you wouldnt be healthy at all.. especially when you say about eating tons of junkfood and icecream. Unless your just fat and dont move, which is countered when you say about doing weightlifting + cardio.

I spend some five to seven hours a day, every day, with mine after work. Entire weekends are spent with her. We cuddle a lot, I do lots of romantic things with her, and we have sex like three-four times a week.
