if i use the extreme fire force with my nuke will it make the dmg stronger?

Well

extreme fire force will make any skill or attack its used with stronger
seeing how it increases dmg by a certain/set percent for however long it
lasts for.

So yes it would

always use imbue unless u 1 shot w/o imbue.
