aege ccfers was crazy
a viet guy named NOTHING ccfed sets and weapons for like 4 unions
the chance of that be ccfed is higher than a drop or a legit alchemy.

CCF or not, thats still unbeliviable. And is it a 64, 68 or 72 shield? if its 68 or 72 its not ccf, if its 64 then its prolly a ccf'd shield.

You do know he created those glows himself? As in messed with the RGB's to make it what it is.

There is NO pre-defined glow after the +9 glow.. everythign after that should in theory look the same.
