if anyone really wants to know, most of the people who say they dont bot constantly do bot, its joymax's decision to ban whoever the hell they want cuz they have nothing better to do

Oh trust me...they have PLENTY of things that need to be done. Log in for 5 minutes and you can find about a years worth of work that needs to be done. Hell, I'm still finding English mistakes on the main website!

When i was a nublet grinding on mangyangs till level 13 because i was too afraid to go anywhere else, i found it entertaining to grind. Now at 77+ I can see why people bot to 80. And JM started going downhill since the game began. JM doesnt care what anybody does anymore, aslong as their actions bring in more money to them. A good example of this is llolloll on Babel, he was banned for botting, then a few days later his char was unabanned for no reason.

He said he just bought more silk when he saw on sro.net the ban notice.

Back to the topic, legaly JM could only increse yur ban to 10days, then to 20 and ONLY then a permanent ban. Techncaly they broke a contract and in turn broke a law in the country you live in, and in the cuntry JM is located in.

leagally SRO retains the rights to do whatever they want since its there game...a school can say we'll give you detention if you act up once, do it again and you'll get another detention, do it more and you get OSS...or they could just say we don't want to deal with it heres OSS...its an anology not meant to be taken literally (some of you need to know that)...JM retains the same rights no compnay limits its power, JM isn't relinquishing any of its control to the players by have there own contract turned against them. No company especially greed money grubbing ones don't that. Stop saying they have to do so and so and they should've done this or that...they can do what they want its their game and im sure if you read the entire contract and the fine print you'd see that....things like saying 10day ban 20day ban are made just to give you the illusion that you can make mistakes and be excused when in reality you make one mistake and they can do whatever they want simple as that

Sad but that's the truth, lol. It's like an exam, you mess up one time, you don't get a second chance, you gotta try do your best first not to mess up cause if you do, it's the end, they say it's only temporarily but there only saying that to deceive you, you messed up one time, they don't trust you again.

Their own TOS we have to abide by them as if it is a contract while signing up or continuing to play. Do they not also have to abide by this written "contract" . even if this game is owned by them they legally cant screw you over either

The sale of items and accounts for real money/goods, other game account/item sale, joint account sharing.

If you read it in the context that Wong was banned, this could be the excuse their using.

But the whole thing is so open ended that they can make anything look like it's in the TOS

I've been playing iSRO since October 2006 and i have never seen a ban other than for 100yrs.

I'd be interested if someone else has seen one that's different, other than for Wong.

All i can say is Joymax was lenient with MW giving him a 5day ban , but when he posted in here about getting banned and wanted JM to unban him followed by other unnecessary complaints when he knew it was wrong trading gold between servers , JM decided to land u the 100year ban and see what u would do. I guess its pretty much the same complains,
its your fault thou at least 5 days not playing is a favor from JM , you should have been patient and realize your mistake, you know JM goes through SRF forums, u never know maybe someone reported you with a prove on the thread where u posted on.
I believe if u had kept it on the low u wont be handed a 100 year band, common lets face it if they wanted banning u right away first punishment should have been the 100 year ban.( its in the ToS )
Its there game and the have the rights to act according to the ToS u can read it over again its there for you.

Funny thing is, they pay attention to that, but they don't pay attention to the blatant botters on the forums. This and other stuff makes it more and more obvious they don't give a shit about bots.

Now, I tend to disagree on this when I think about it. If there weren't botters, I would probably buy silk. However, seeing how it would do me NO good in the scheme of things to catch or try to match them, it's pointless. If there were no botters, I think the general population would buy more silk.

Then again, I was thinking that maybe Joymax put the gold tickets in BECAUSE of botters? It is a simple solution really. Legits can't keep up with the botters so they start to leave, so Joymax puts in an equalizer. Give the Legits the ability to lvl up faster with these tickets! Botters keep playing, and legits think they stand a chance. Problem solved.

I'm sure I am not the only person who has thought this before. Hell this may sound absurd to some people. Just the ramblings of a madman from the Troy server.
