A quick question.

I am raising a pure str and I noticed that my magic balance is 37%. Is that normal for a pure str? I'm at level 20 now so that might have change a bit but it is still lower than my strength balance, which the last time I checked was at 92%.
I do so have a photographic memory. I just keep losing my pictures.
