what suggestions u want? first open your photoshop and learn basic things like adding layers, using filters, adding borders etc. :x

omg dudes, he asks for some help and the only thing u guys are doing is being lame, dang.

@soccorkid35: There are alot of things u can do with photoshop.
Try doing tutorials, u learn alot of them.
A very basic thing is a border.
Try to learn about effects and filters, etc.
