If there's a safe area with no monsters about, I'll go there and sit and rest (I usually wait 'til I'm low on HP and/or MP before going to the toilet). If there are enemies everywhere and I want to stay in that area, I'll go to where the non-attacking enemies are or pick an area with the least chance of attack.

If I closed the game to go to the toilet, chances are, given the server traffic, I wouldn't get back in again, or it'd take a goos 20 minutes to do so. That's not an option in my book.

Their is always someone PvPing, so a person would kill a mob that is attacking me, or a lightning will jump to it. Something like that.

When i carried a cape around if anyone near me had one on them i would ask them to kill me with it. You are dead because of them killing you, so no pots wasted, no GT loss, No exp loss if you were to die from a mob. and when you are good and ready, you Res yourself right there.
