Gapped leveling

Post by threefingeredguy »

I remember reading about how many skills you could maintain with each gap amount, could someone post that again? 0 gap was one skill could be maintained at its max level. I can't remember what the others were. I'm tired of farming with a 9 gap. I'd rather close it a bit and level some.

jesus using a constant 9-lvl gap is insane. 4-5 lvl gap and periodically rising to a 1-lvl gap should be good enough for 2-3 skill trees....

How much Sp you need depends on what skills you want to lvl up.

First go to this calculator and find out how much Sp you need.
http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Build_Applet/
There is a link somewhere that tells you how much Sp you gain per lvl depending on your gap( i dont know the link) hopefully someone else will post it.

If you just want a rough idea tell us your build, how many trees you plan to level and how much sp you currently have, and we will guess =p
lvl 65 4gap 84:84 bow inactive.

IMO Gap 3 is a good one to deal with. Gap 5 will be a pain when you reach 4x, and gap 9 is insane for every level.
With gap 3 you can keep up 3 skill trees.
