What would be the most efficient way of farming SP?

I'm level 20 right now, and I should be able to reallocate my skill points after doing the quest, corret? My question is, what would be the most effective method of gaining SP? Would it be to put no points in anything, and start killing crap? I don't know much about farming, so if you could just tell me what points I should or shouldn't put into what and where, that'd be awsome.

mathematically, lvl 16, 9 gap, with SOx wpn @ bandit camp killing bandit archers are teh best for sp farming

mentally, it's the worst place to farm cause of bad lag, ksers, and bordom

Not just any sox wep but a bow would be best. That's especially true for str builds though.
