Thinking about making nuker

Wasaaa, just to ask a few questions since this forum always answers em (at least for me) ok currently im pure str farming, thinking about beeing a blader, but i've been thinking about a nuker, since ma first days, hehe, so i was wondering, ill focus on pvp and jobs, so which is better, s+s or spear, also which skills should i get and which ones i shouldnt get.
