c'mon JM...would u rather have a crappy game with everyone complaing about it but earning lots of money...OR a truly great game that everyone loves but not earning as much money. i think the second one, bcus u can eventually grow larger and larger and become something even better than WoW

Take a look at the "botters against dumbass drama" userbar in his sig. Not really much point moving him, even if he did notice and reply at some point.

hello, i been reading these boards for a while and havent felt the need to register and post. but, hey, i like this thread.

In Aege, and I'm farily sure that in the other servers, we have the same thing too. Atm, i'm farily sure that 70% of *all* players are bots; this is not including the gold bots. If Joymax were to ban each and every single bot, starting with the 7x and 80s then work their way down level-wise, they would lose a LOT of business.

I'm to the point where I don't see how finding, frapsing and reporting bots do anything except waste my time. They've proven that bots will not be banned despite what their claim was: 'if u bot, u will be banned'.

So, imo, just enjoy what's left of the game if you haven't quit yet and ks the bots when you grind. You have no idea how many free giants I get.

191 ppl = 80% bots + 20% "legits" minus babysitters = 5 % legits = 9.55 ~ 10 ppl legit. .. wah that's more sad than my math i just did

I dont think the GM's are going around the servers banning the botters. I think that they are trying to find a solution to make it so that ALL bots will not run on the game (Client Altering) so there whole bot problem is solved. But the thing we ask ourselfs is...

Will client altering actually work?

for every problem you can find a solution. no client/server change will ever make it so bots cant run.
