[GUIDE] How to make money : By JoyMax
Guys! making a lot of money is really easy!
Take 10 people. 10 video game students, willing to create an mmo. A map, mobs, some programs and a job system, a litle story, a cool name.
Make it addicting, so people keep on playing it (nice gfx, pvp system, etc)
Make that game free, so everyone plays it. But make it so at lvl 40 it starts to be hard to lvl up.
3 months after, create something called item mall, where you can buy stuff. People are obliged to buy stuff because they want to lvl up!
OMG BOT! what the hell, they gonna kill your great game? NOooooo!
Nope. they will buy Silk too and make you even richer.
SO! Why should you ban bots after all? you make like $1000 a day!
Get 3 GMs. Pay them with shitty salary so you dont lose too much money.
YOU WIN
Yahoo (Joymax'w owner) wins! they ..... you really bad when you buy silk. They win money when you win...pixels in a game...
Let's stop dreaming. Joymax's preoccupation is not to improve your gaming. IT IS TO MAKE MONEY. And where goes that money eh? someone must have great vacations in carribean O.o...
Dont tell me game creators. People who im sure made studies about video games and programming, CAN NOT find a way to stop a geek that create a bot program ? ? ? ? ?
Alright, now that i've said what i think...Please give me a proof that Joymax improves my gaming by buying silk. (other than i lvl faster with GT...I dont lvl up faster cuz i get ksed by bots!)

For some reason I knew what this was about before I read it
Ive started to buy a fair amount of silk after 12 months. Its true. And I fear this is where its going. And as I believe XuChu said earlier, a lot of Korean companies make a game thats hot for a few years then just make another game with the profits once they let it die, and this may happen to SRO

McCain, he (Barack Obama) said, will soon "be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten."

Botters are rampant in most mmo's West and Eastern MMO companies have trouble with the same problems SRO does.
It was stated from an interview with Blizzard that (I cant quote it was in a magazine i read last month or so),
We have several fans of WoW always asking us ways to improve the game. The most interesting to note is that they think our game is perfect, yet far from it.
We have hacks/cheats/illegal activities/rule breakers and of course Bots.
But we do try to crack down on it ASAP.
One thing to note is with Bots we had many users suggest a simple quick fix, just send in a bit a of code to the game and bots are gone foever.
It is just not that simple, if we knew a 1 one way method, bots would never be a problem.
It is the community behind it the virtual community that is always coming up with ways to bend/break the rules and it will someday make a virtual police system to monitor it, because just like the real world cops still chase robbers.
--
The only difference I see with SRO, is
1. Accounts are free - Many users can play anytime for as long as they want, and make as many accounts as they want.
2. SRO is a new MMO (First) for Joymax.
3. JM are fresh when it comes to International games
4. They simply did not plan for this type of security problem to happen so soon. (It's like studying for your final tonight).
5. They have to clean up their mess, continue to smile and keep the service going, and keep up there development for kSRO and managment of kSRO and there other partners.
6. I have said enough, you guys be the judge, because no matter what anyone says, your an unhappy customer and you would never make this mistake if you made a MMO company and never be that bad customer to give JM hell till they fixed their mess.
-goodnight.

Funny how we always talk bad about Joymax yet we are still so loyal to the game. Its getting to the point where its either bot or quit the game. Botroadonline is more like the name of this game. It is a game for botters. ^^ Lol I guess most of us couldn't fight the addiction of this game. The question arise is Joymax really worth being legit for? How patient are we?
