SP Farming/Should I make a new character or keep my old one?

Hi Everyone.

I have a pure S/S with fire, lightning and ice. I am currently level 21. I have around 3k sp. I also have a level 6 gap.

However I just realised that fighting bandit archers at a lower level with a level 9 gap will give you alot of sp at a very quick rate.

Is it worth it to stay with my level 21? Or would it be faster just to make a new guy in the long run? (as I wouldn't have to hold a level 6 gap all the way to 60.)
How long would it take to make, say, 15k-20k sp from killing bandits if one plays around an hour (@ the VERY most) a day?

Keep your masteries at level 15, and level up to 24.

With a 9 gap, go kill hyongno soldiers, you´ll make a lot of sp from them.
