Droping ice,adding sp to hueskal when im bicheon? good move?

should i drop ice and start adding sp to hueskal mastery? b/c hueskal gives u more HP each 10 lvls.....give advice plz

btw my build: lvl 35 nuker (INT build) with 5lvl gap in skills, ice...light, and fire and bicheon are all lvl 30....so should i drop ice and start adding sp to hueskal? then pick up ice later on......or just drop it for good??
