Help with NUKER...

I want to start a sword/shield Nuker with primarily fire nukes and some light/electricity. Starting with a new character what exactly do i need to do? how high of level do i need to get each skill tree? i'm new to nukers but would like to build one to help benefit my guild...thanks

i was reading that before but i got a bit confused, do u not level up your sword? and do u level ur skill and just get nukes or do u get other stuff too?

Im a nuker and at my max I plan to be:

Sword mastery: 80
Spear mastery: 60 (passive only, you can raise skills if you want)
Fire mastery: 80
Lightning mastery: 80

Total mastery: 300

Right now im lvl 47 and im very happy with the outcome. I take out monsters very fast and do pretty well in PVP (I just need better armour XD). Forget about cold cuz its useless and weak. Id much rather have good armour and shield for defence rather than cold spells, and have the spear passive for more hp.
