Its nice to know that they use this for Information, we knew that Crayon and the other GMs read here, especially when the forums went down, Crayon took the time to urge Ryoko to bring them back up:
It's also good to know that SRF has, even if its small, a influence on SRO. Cuz the SRO team looks here, to know what the users are doing. Kekeke

If you play Silkroad Online, you may know who I am. You may not believe that I am who I say I am but that is besides the point.
I understand that the Silkroad Forums closed down due to the undue hardship and threats that were directed at the owner and prime architect of the forums, SD Ryoko.
I sympathize, not just because I have an idea of the kind of upsetting behavior that Ryoko has been subjected to that goes above and beyond what was appropriate, but also because despite the time, blood, sweat, and tears that went into making the forums a success; the return seemed to be much less than it was worth.
But a world is only special because of the community that is built around it and builds it up. The fan forums play a huge part in that. Each forum is unique, important, and special. Silkroad Forums was special in that it was a much different place. Cozier in ways because of its roots and extensively filled with many very helpful and vibrant posts that didn' take the normal shallow is this good/bad posts..but more the personal, the detailed, and the users themselves had many more posts about what they did in SRO as opposed to "This is bad. fix it" posts.
You have had memorial posts to honor those of use who have passed away early, you have had those daredevils who dare to hunt monsters way many more levels above them, you have had a wedding commemorated, Suicide Grl Points, and many more snapshots of the experiences that have made a game more than a game and more what we want it to be: fun. More than any of the other forums, who are all excellent in what they do, Silkroad Forums had more of the personal.
It would be a shame if Silkroad Forums did not return. But if it doesn't; understand that your contribution, unselfishly and passionate, was greatly appreciated and that you should not consider it a failure. All endeavors end; but it is in the many different ways other people are touched and connected that those efforts live on and succeed.
You and your staff did fine, mate.

so they are getting paid to read srf and morningdew is paid to edit post in sro.net
but they never ban bots. they even ask us to report them. but once we do, even with obvious proof they don't do shit.
they read here and they read report bug, and still didn't ban spiritpower, and some thousands others well known botters.
lame GMs.

A lot of people (inc myself) questioned authenticity.
