Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have reinstalled and now it doesn't do a thing ! I just get the launcher window and it just stays there. Is there some sort of update I am missing ??

Same problem here cannot connect to site also
Reinstalled the game , nothing helps.
Funny is our guildmembers ( 1 living just 40 km away) can play and acces the site without problems. Maybe Provider related?
I use Wanadoo/kpn Woutr what do u use?
I hope this get fixed fast because the clock of my monkey keeps running....

looks like were in this together
Just opened the site using anonymouser, a plugin for firefox that blocks your ip adress
And it worked (got about half the site)
It looks like our ip adresses are blacklisted somehow at joymax , because their site is also not reachable.
I dont use bots or cheats or scam people , i even report people who does, so why they block the good guys now?

It's my understanding they ban IP ranges, not individual numbers, maybe your neighbor is a hacker :P

It looks like the whole IP range of our provider (Wanadoo Netherland) is blocked then. Great patch Joymax ! :x

When I go home for lunch I'll see if I can dig up a normal email adress so you can use hotmail or something.

Well crud, everything I've seen indicates they don't have a direct email address to use, everything points to the Contact Us link with the built in email, which doesn't help you at all since you can't load the page :(

I don't know if it's a ban but i do know that some strange things happened on the day of the patch.
When i checked the log of my fire wall i noticed an entry wich said that at Mar 05 13:56 a portscan was detected. The scan came from an IP that is used by Joymax. On other days when there was a patch this scan didn't happen.
Looked in the log of the router and found that "an unrecognized attempt was blocked". The attempt came from an IP that is also used by Joymax. :?
This makes me wonder about the new patch.
Legit all the way.

Nope. All IP's used by Joymax are in the same range (222.111.150.xxx). It's either this range that's blocked by my ISP/security software or the range to wich our IP belongs is blocked by Joymax. You tell me.

I can't even ping any of the adresses that i found belonging to Joymax :)
The firewall i'm using shows exactly what any program that's running is doing. This way i found out that when i start SRO, there is connection but that is terminated after a few seconds. Something is blocking any attempt to connect to an adress out of the given range.

If Wanadoo is fixing this problem just as fast as they are with understanding that i don't want to receive the newsletter of them anymore, it shouldn't take more then half a year or so :D

The Wanadoo helpdesk can be reached by phone actually. When i contacted KPN about the problem they gave me the number after i told them that the only way i could reach the Wanadoo helpdesk was by e-mail.
