Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

The email verification system we originally planned to implement in February, has been delayed to April.

As the system requires thorough investigation of globally used emails, it is taking much longer than what we initially expected.

We apologize for the delay, and will try to implement this system as soon as we can.

EDIT: this is in minor jest. I myself love Joymax and understand that they are indeed very busy. I love this game and know that its customer service and gameplay are still flawed, but I believe that this will eventually be addressed and resolved. Opening the office in SF was one of the steps towards this.
