that's because Alexander is not a place, it's a name of a person. (unlike all other servers' names)

although there are towns in US named Alexander, there are no significant towns in Europe + Asia with that name.

It's gone off now. It happened with Pacific, it went off for a bit then suddenly POW it was back on
