They are also good as "tanks". I.e. when dumb high levels waste their time "trying" to kill your wolf, you can kill them easily.

They're useful for pure ints like me. I use them to tank red mobs while I kill them one at a time.

I'd keep the the wolf under level 20 just because it looks soo adorable. The charming action is so cute too (compared to the level 40 one).

Why stop at 20? Why not keep it at 39?

At most my wolf saves me an extra 2 seconds in killing. I guess that adds up eventually, and I mean after a looooooong time.

Depends.

On both Oasis and Indus I always played alone, so for me it definitely was worth the million. My wolf helped me out a lot, I wouldn't have gotten so far in the game without it.

Is there a guide on potting, changing mode, summoning and desummoning wolves. I don't want to get one and get out there and screw up potting him (either not potting when I should or wasting a $2k pot when his HP is full)

Also I read 1hp/3sec while NOT fighting - how much HP does it start with in level 1?

Would anyone recommend taking it out to fight Manyangs the first time out or just let him get XP while you kill a few low levels? I only get 1 XP and 1 SP when fighting a Manyang but I suspect my wolf at level 1 would if he were fighting it would get way more.

You all might have convinced me it is time to buy a wolf with all my hard earned 1mill.
