level 2 tabs especially int/str

where can i find these asides from B archers? Like do white/black tigers drop lvl 2 tabs str int as well?

Anything lower than lvl16 and higher than lvl8 drops lvl2 tabs...

Seems for me at least the b. archers are the most 'drop happy' out of all the L10-15 mobs...maybe b/c you kill so many of them so fast.
