1. I play SRO because I find it fun, and because my friends play it.
2. I act the same as I do in real life. (minus stealing stuff )
3. I mod SRO when I get bored.
4. Spend maybe an hour every day or two playing, not very hardcore. When I do play it, it's with my GF.
5. I'm a little harsher on cheaters than I used to be.
6. I suppose I use a few more emoticons but otherwise, I type the same in game and out of game.

I dont play anymore but its a fun game, especially thinking that you can reach a goal... say getting to max lvl and finally start owning people.

Yes, there's no reason not to act with a different identity. The character I play has the same characters as me in real life.

Trade runs are fun especially when you have high lvl hunters right beside you and your low lvl guild mates are doing a 5 star run spawning hundreds of theifs. Just watching the high lvl hunters kill those thieves are fun.

During free time, not any more.

Nope, after playing runescape though, it taught me how to manage money which was good. How to earn money from buying less and selling high. This helped a lot in playing silkroad and getting rich but the game is not that much driven by the economy unlike runescape.

Right now, I can speak and understand at least 4 languages, 3 if you count one of them as a dialect but ye. Not sure how silkroad affected my language. There are, however, different games that i've played before that made my language skills better.

I play only around a hour or less a day when you average the time out over the week. So no, it doesn't really affect my life.

Very much. LOL Ive called ppl noob in real life several times. Ive also picked up a lot of international slang. In our Vent we have ppl from Turkey, Russia, Belgium, UK, Quebec, Chile and all over the US. Ive learned basic pinyin from the Chinese traders. ALl that has affected my language. (My all time favorites are "knob end and muppet")

If it's the weekend/late at night and I've got alot of GT to grind, I'll set a movie on my laptop next to me. During the weeks, I usually do shorter sessions, so my guildies/union keep me entertained for that time.

During the week, as much as possible (avoids doing homework). On the weekends whenever I can. However I have sometimes noticed me wanting to stay in and play SRO over going out, which needs to change, and hopefully it will when this GT ends (two days ^_^)

I got an GF, I just put SRO away for her, my private life goes above everything else, so also sro And i love to soccer, i do it 4 times a week ( Including a match ) That also goes before SRO.. All i do in real life goes before sro.. It is just a time driver, when i got nothing to do And their are alot of nice people in SRO that keeps it fun

1. My hubby was introduced to the game by a real life friend of ours and eventually he introduced it to me and I got hooked! Its fun!
2. Real name is usually kept to myself, I like my char's name better lol, usually only say what country I live in, sometimes the state but thats all. As far as personality goes, I'm really shy in real life but for some reason on the game its easier for me to feel outgoing.
3. Jobbing breaks the boredom for me as well as pvping. Now that I've started a new character I hardly get bored, I have so many skills to look forward to and hopefully some nice drops along the way! Also the guild/union chat takes my mind off the grind.
4. I spend at least 3-5 hours a day playing sro, weekends its more like 6-8 sometimes more. I make time for house cleaning and shopping throughout the week, and weekends I visit friends/family if plans are made. I'm a homebody and perfectly content to sit in front of the game all weekend
5. My opinions haven't changed because of sro if thats what you mean.
6. Not at all, of course I use short cuts while chatting in the game or even on the forums but thats about all. I love joking with people I know in real life who play the game by using some of our SRO words
