Account Creation Problem

Hello all,

I have created a account around about 15-20 minutes ago and the account works on the Silkroad online website but not the actual game, whenever i try to log into the game it comes up, "password incorrect try 1/3" and then it happens again and again until i eventually get banned for 10 minutes, i know that i have entered the correct details but the game still wont work? any help please?

Check for Caps Lock..?

Still doesn't work i have checked the caps and everything... this is exactly what it says at the side --- Invalid password attempt 3/1--- then it would go 3/2 then 3/3, then it disconnects me..!

The same thing is happening to me right now... but the thing is i cant log on to site either.

I'm getting the same problem here. I can log in to the official site with my id and password but I can't do it in the game. Keeps telling me the password is wrong. Yes, I've checked caps lock.
Please help, thanks.
