should I change?? from sword to glaive/spear??

im lvl 16, lvl1-5 put in str and the rest int. planning to be a nuker duel nuker.

using sword and sheild with

lvl 12 bichoen
lvl 1 smash n strike
lvl 3 or 4 illusion chain
lvl 1 passive

lvl 12 bow skill
lvl 1 owl
lvl 1 passive

ice lvl 12
lvl 1 river
lvl 3 weak guard
lvl 1 passive

lightning lvl 12
lvl 3 or 4 imbue
lvl 1 or 3 peirce buff
lvl 1 grass walk
lvl passive

fire lvl 5
lvl 1 imbue

force lvl 12
lvl 1 self heal
lvl 1 healing hand
lvl passive.

i just found out that glaive does like 2% less magic than sword but has a lot more pyh dmg. also, as lvl increases, the gliave magic dmg does MORE than the sword magic dmg. also the spear wpn skills sounds sweet lol. so i was wondering if i should change or restart as glaive/spear. but i also noticed that the glaive and spear takes LONGer to do their wpn skills. but with the more phy dmg and slight magic dmg, wont it be more effective than the sword EVEN if im INT glaive?

im planning to be a duel nuker, Lightning is already chosen but im still not sure to get the fire or the ice as the other nuke.

so what do you think i should do??

Although it may show that the glaive deals more magical damage, remember that the other thing you have to look at is the physical and magical reinforcement %. This also affects the actual amount of damage done. Spears will have a much higher magical reinforce % than glaives and I believe (I hvean't checked) that a sword will hae a higher % than glaives despite the fact that the shown damage is greater. I do not know the effects of the reinforce % though, so I cannot tell exactly what the difference between the two would be.

well, if you want to go glavie, you really should start another one because 3 weapon skills is a bit much...

i have a spear and i kinda dont see the difference on the spear and galvie only that the galvie is stronger+looks better but when i tried to change ito galvie my friend screamed at me sooooo do you guys have a ny suugestions? now if somebody would just clarify me that galvies deal more damage period. then i would change into it

and about reinforce %.......WTF IS THAT? i mean what does it do?

and what do i care about the "hidden damage" if the "shown damage" is the actual one i wanna see higher? im confused

spear has higher magical damage... don't know why you would use a glaive for nuking. at higher levels, the damage difference is more significant if you look at the weaps.

im really asking about swords and glaives, compare the two and see what you think, the glaive has slightly more magic dmg and a lot more pyh dmg.

you cant compare a glaive and a sword... you COULD compare a sword and spear though. I don't see any point in using a glave for magic since if you use a spear you get a LOT more magic damage and it uses the same skills
