As far as I know Kyric and his other character were both banned in Sparta. Not Oasis.

Well, when I first started on oasis it was billion an Kyric, the two most famous players on oasis, it was bla bla drama n shit, then I thought Kyric was banned for botting

this was like 4~5 months ago

I've been thinking that maybe JM bans the account and deletes the chars on that account. SO when JM deletes the chars the specifc IGN assigned to those chars become available again to other players, So the same name can be recreated by the same player on a new account if he/she so desires to do so.

Nope, He has never been banned for botting only Billion is gone, the old owner of billion chargeback that account, so it is dead
