Pure int s+s build important question?

I cant decide , shoudl I put my sp to Ice ( 69 ) or invest to Heuksal passives ( 60 )

So 1 st build would be

Bich 70
Heuksal 60
Fire 80
Light 80
- 290 mastery lvl

Second build

Bich 70
Heuksal 20
Ice 70
Fire 70
Light 70
- mastery lvl 300

i dont recomended for second build :heuksal lvl 20 => waste of sp....rather lvl up bicheon or fire ...u will be much stronger ....but thats just my opinion

For a pure int, don't even consider your second build. Those %'s make a HUGE difference.

First build.. its what I use... the HP passive is very much worth it.

I would add yout last 10 pts to bicheon

get bicheon to 80
fire or lit to 80
ice to 70
