And that spidey thingy is your gfx card playing up, well at least I think it is. I usually personally fix it by changing the resolution, then changing it back again.
Talking about glitches.. NB I can't recall you ever shedding light on how you got that invisible horse, ... explain please

You can fix the spaghetti arm thing by taking off a piece of gear and putting it back on again...
Id have to try it again. Its been a long time since I did it. How about I give you a hint? It involves a cape.
