The Character Builder is bugged, thus if you press skill lvl up, it can lvl up the skill and mastery goes up!

That means your an moron for calling me a noob, did you buy the char or botted? You must really be stupid if you don't know which skills you need.

And you maxed out fire nuke lol, that just means your an noob, there isn't a point to take it, not even talking about maxing it lol.

It is, it allows to max out skill, thus raising mastery. It shouldn't allow to max out a skill w/o raising mastery. I find it annoying to max skills and later find out, my masterys have raised >.<
