I would say after testing and implementing all the patches. Normally they do that ~ 8.30 GMT I think. But Eldorado opened like 3 hours later then that so I would say just wait it will come.

They told its gona be on feb 20,not 19 and its like 1 Pm GMT time now and they told its gona be 8+...So in 7+ hours...At last i hope...Oh well i have time to w8
