We have several Turkish people in our union too. So where is this comming from? I do not like a lot of people who KS me when I am grinding and most of them are people with TR in their name and use the Turkish flag, but that doesn't mean that I am a racist. In game most Turkish people I try to avoid when grinding. But in real life I got several Turkish friends.
