but 0% is 10, so it's not a linear scale. if 10 = 0% and 19 = 42% then that means max would be around 25.

Wrong again, on two counts. First, 0% is not 10 for sosun. Second, it's still linear. Most likely minimum block is 14 and this is 5/12 (41.67%) of the maximum block of 26.

Lol impossible to tell as dmg increase per lvl changed every level exponentially, where as BR does not.

Btw, I believe base BR for sosun is 16/17.

BR 26 does seem too high, even for a maximum, doesn't it? The more I think about it, the more 16 makes sense as the minimum. 19=42%

42(%)\3(br) = 14

100%\14 = 7

so the maxed gona be 16+7=23 br 23 br (100%)

and you said by urself that 20 is 50% and 19 is 42% jumps 8% each br

so 40 would be 50%+ 20*8% = 210% -.- not makeing any sense
