I think if you put a PvP cape on, that means you're open for everyone that has cape to kill you. So it's not a weird thing that he kept killing you when he had the chance. If he kept killing you then just take off the cape and he can't do anything anymore.
But you said he followed you when you were grinding. Did he KS ? If he didn't then just act like he's not around. And if he PMed you with shit then turn down the chat board.
I see nothing big in this problem, maybe I'm wrong ?

sorry when did i flame the OP....thing about you, like most others on this
form is that when ever someone posts something different to your own

as you said. im here trying to take my cape off and he 1 hits me everytime, as you can tell, a cape takes about 10 or more seconds before it comes off and everytime i tried to take it off, he would kill me, then i ran into town where he followed me. i told him to stop following me so i can go grind, then he keeps following me and ksing me asking for god knows what. well he was talking in public too, not only in whisper.
