anyone ever got unbanned after chargeback problem?

anyone?

paypal made a mistake on my account and PAYPAL chargedback my payments to joymax, so i got banned

now the payments are good and joymax does have the money..
yes, ive called paypal to send a email to joymax etc...
its been like 2 days and im still banned

does anyone survive after silkroad bashes you with their ban hammers?

i think your going about it the right way where you have a 3rd party ..paypal..issuing out a notice to sro .id contact paypal to make sure that it was done if it was then if i was in your situation my only hope would be to get a hold of bug report and contactthem 2 or 3 times per day with the same TITLE that wouldbe noticeable to those who read them consistency is the key my friend

Give it more than a half hour....sheesh.

And yes, people do get unbanned with errors like this. It just takes time.

friend of mine paid his 5 bux to joymax after they blocked the account for 5 whopping dollars because he forgot his checking acct was overdrafted which caused a chargeback.. anyway, this happened a month ago.. he got clearance from paypal and paypal emailed joymax.. what did joymax do? nothing

does that shock anyone? he paid them back and got his account cleared by paypal a month ago and it still remains blocked.. gg

Yea you only have to wait till one of the GM's read the bug report...

I've sended over 50 bug reports with bot movies / screenshots in them and i NEVER EVER got an email back.
