Wow, I never thought inverted could be so complex.
As one of the replies was on the article, "I think the reason some people prefer inverted in 1st person is because they feel like they’re controlling an airplane instead of a head." It seems as though he's right lol.
But do you all think the same way about that?

that's true for me. i only use inverted when im playing a flight sim or flying planes in bf2. i don't even use inverted for helicopters.
