i just logged onto Rate now. its Tuesday here at like 8:45 a.m. and i got on. On Rate... So im not banned with him yet.

But im still not gonna eb playing on him, as i have the sneaking suspicion he will be getting banned sometime within the next few months. Which is why my guildmate is going to turn him into a high-lvl goldbot.

Hooray for guildmates even better at botting and disobeying the rules than yourself!

and thats why i transferred all my items from Rate to my alt (who shall remain anonymous on ANY forum even 0x33 forums LMAO) because i have reason to believe, since he has been caught botting, he may get banned SOMEDAY... someday. But it has been... (how long?) since that list was released with my name on it, and even after an inspection, im still not banned.

Instead of just mumbling here why don't you post this specific topic in the official site's forum? There's an active GM/Moderator in there that deals with people's concerns about the game.

Let everyone know that you are challenging their procedures and question them about their false announcements.

Really, when it comes to bots, ccfers, gold buyers and other illegal sh*t i think all of them are disgusting..

eh this supports the theory that JM only bans gold bots. would make sense. put player names on the list but never actually ban them.

since
player bots = money for JM
gold bots = nothing for JM
