This happens every time there's a ban list. Every single time. It is a cruel irony and a testament to the stupidity of the common gamer that Joymax was nominated in the "best company" category of the MMOsite reader's choice awards.
According to Joynax it's an extremely time consuming and difficult task to catch players botting, so it's completely understandable that having finally caught someone botting that they are only given a 3 day ban
After all, they can catch them botting later can't they?

Now there's a face I haven't seen around here in a while. I kinda miss your cynical, in-your-face posts. But I guess when you lose faith in the GMs, you lose interest in the game.
Personally I've pretty much given up trying to keep a competitive character seeing as to how much time you have to spend to keep on par with the lifeless (literally) bots. Stopped buying silk for quite a while now and just occasionally log in to play an hour or 2. Bitterness doesn't help at all since any ranting or raving you may do won't affect botters in anyway.
Bottomline? Boycott silk. People have said this countless times yet I'm sure many of those who complain about the service still continue to pay for it.
the moment they ban 20 botters, 40 more botters are born. =(

The biggest lol about Joymax is "GM's are in training." That's like they are learning the commands to control the game (lol) and they don't need that, because if they are active GM's they will do this the whole time:
