need help with sp farm

well i have 1 question... why do all people go to lvl 20 and only then delevel to 16???? why dont just stay in 16 al the time... do you get somthing when you lvl 20 or so??? pls answer me i realy like to start farming and i am 98 percent with lvl 16 so i want to know if i should lvl or not

At lvl 20 you get a quest to collect items that can de-level your Pacheon (Bow) skills. So if you dont want to use Bow for the rest of the game, you should go to lvl 20, get the quest. And de-level your Bow skills.
