how much they cost approx on sparta for a male

The Gold Dragon Flags were an event item given in exchange for collecting Jewel Boxes. At present you can't get one unless you buy it from a stall. However, there should be an easter event and there's a possibility that they may be featured again (although personally I hope not

)

Regarding price I'm not sure what the value is on Sparta. On Greece they sell from 2.5 - 5 million >_<. Mostly rip-offs, of course.

something i don't understand: why are the female flags cheaper? is it because there are less female characters?

Flags vary a lot in prices I've seen them from under 1m to 5m.
It all depends on the server, and teh seller.
Female ones are cheaper.

the first few days only female ones dropped. They fixed the bug a few days later including male. So there are more female flags in existance.

Nope, because gender scrolls are by degrees while flags don't have degrees.
