Plz have some opinions about my build.

I'm currently lv30 and I go pure int all the way from lv1, but my goal is to build a Hybrid Spear. I've read all the guides about Hybrid Spear, but I have a question : Is a Hybrid based on the stats ratio (x str: y int) or based on the balance % only ? I mean can I just put stats points in either str or int to have the final balance, or I have to stick to a fixed ratio (for example 1:2) ?
I'm lv 30 pure int now, if I put 1 more lv into int, then the next 15lv into str, I can make a 1:2 Hybrid, right ? My SP is 30k now, should I farm more or I just race all the way to high lv and farm later there ? Because I'm farming at Earth Magician, too many high lv traders/poppers chose that road and I get killed by their Thief NPC.
I have one more question, the curse heart quest it says I can only have a maximum amount of 300 hearts, does it mean I can only have totally 300 hearts on me ? Or maximum 300 hearts per quest ? Because I have lvling Pacheon with lots of skills (I'm using a lv29 bow now) and I want to get rid of all Pacheon.

about the hearts probably max 300 per quest.

well what you are doing just needs a bit more planning it is easier when you do it from level 1
just use the character builder to plan ahead.
the amount in str and int determine the balance (without any gear)
so both are good ways to use to create a hybrid char.
dont forget that you get 1str and 1int each time you level that is what makes it a bit harder but use this

Stay pure ? Well I think Hybrid Spear is good somehow. Just survive longer than Pure Int Spear. Reminding me of a time when I was so scared to fight a Giant Yeti. Just eat about 1-2 crits and your char will end up lying on the ground shouting "Rezz plz".
Btw I never beg to be rez, I just use the scroll.

don`t even dare to sell it make sure you will never regret selling it when you might consider another build later on (you never know you might get bored of an int based build ).
